SwiftMBS SwiftMBS is a suite of programs designed to combined the Club Membership, Loyalty Tracking and POS applications into a suite of integrated applications whilch will handle a membership database and to track member activity. The SwiftTec Club Membership System was designed in conjunction with a running Skate Park called Unit6 in Wellington, Somerset which has a database of approx. 900 members of which approx 400 are currently active. They are extremely pleased with the system and have sent us the following endorsement:

Unit 6 use the SwiftTec Club Membership System.  It maintains a simple but sufficiently comprehensive database file for Club Membership and logs members in and out of the facility.  The system produces bar code membership cards and can be programmed to print different background colours for different ages from a standard home printer. Reports on facility usage and membership levels are easily produced.

The whole system is extremely intuitive and an ICT competent individual needs no training.  The system includes user defined "flags" and membership types giving total flexibility to meet all situations eg from suspended membership to privileged access, "memory jogs" on missing data plus automated warnings or status of membership applications in process.  These are all under your control.

Entry recording can be by direct keystroke but for the additional outlay of a bar code reader the system turns into a fully professional access system.  Our experience is that members regard this "cool" and "ace", especially when that photo flashes up on the monitor.
